I’m looking forward to sharing a few words of encouragement each week as well as news about upcoming training opportunities. I’ll try to keep it short and sweet while still including valuable information that you can refer back to throughout the week.

Recently, I came across the story of the Woman at the Well in John 4. After her encounter with Jesus, this woman invited her whole town to “Come, see a man who told me all that I ever did. Can this be the Christ?”(v29) This was enough for the Samaritans to seek out Jesus for themselves! Many already believed just based on her testimony (v39)! In verse 42, the people of her town said “It is no longer because of what you said that we believe, for we have heard for ourselves, and we know that this is indeed the Savior of the world.” Now these townspeople had had a personal encounter with the Savior of the world and they were forever changed.

Are you inviting your staff to “come and see Jesus and all He has done for me?” Sometimes, just sharing your experience with Jesus is enough to spark some curiosity that might lead to investigation that ends with an encounter with our Savior and Lord. Many of need a fresh perspective on what Jesus can do in their lives. These uncertain times can cause us all to doubt God’s goodness. Would you be the woman who invites others into discovering who Jesus really is?

Blessings,

Monica
