Featured Speakers and Presenters

 Stacey Ruff

With an M.Ed. in Counseling, Stacey Ruff is a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), with 25 years of counseling experience. With over 200 hours of Enneagram training, Stacey is currently working on her Professional Certification with Beatrice Chestnut and Uranio Paes (former presidents of the International Enneagram Association). She will complete her certification in the summer 2019. 

  Stacey has presented Enneagram training for church and school staffs in the Dallas area, including the entire staff of a North Texas school district.

 Micah Davidson

Micah is a husband, father and pastor. He has a Master of Divinity with Biblical Languages and Ph.D. in Theology from Southwestern Seminary in Fort Worth, TX. Micah has been in ministry for 25 years and the Lead Pastor of Real Life for 14 years. Micah brings his 9 years of seminary education and his 25 years from the School of Hard Knocks to create a practical, fresh approach to learning and applying real life principles every church leader needs.

 Dr. Gregory Williams

Hear the story firsthand that has been described in the acclaimed book, “Shattered By The Darkness” from author, Dr. Gregory Williams.  

Dr. Williams takes you on a journey that will forever change the way you look at child abuse. He shows you how to find a path back to healing from hurt and pain and how to recognize the signs and behaviors that my indicate a child is suffering from a traumatic experience.

 Melissa Dutton

Melissa received her BS degree in Elementary Education from Angelo State University. She also received a MS in Educational Mid-Management from The University of Houston Clear Lake. Teaching elementary school for 12 years and being a public school administrator for 3 years, gave Melissa a great foundation for directing an Early Childhood program. She spent her first year in Early Childhood substituting in University Baptist Church’s Weekday Ministries Program where she was led to accept a position as Assistant Director and the next year she became the Director June of 2004. In April 2017, she moved into a full time position at University Baptist Church where she is now Co-Director of Weekday Ministries and the Director of UBC’s Faith@Home Ministry. 

 Audrey Rowland

Audrey Rowland has over 20 years of experience as an early childhood professional.  Drawing from her expertise as a teacher and administrator, Audrey creates resources and provides professional development for early educators, administrators, parents, and policy-makers.  Audrey is grounded in theory and practice that emphasizes developmentally appropriate practice and high-quality early education. She is an engaging speaker and trainer, translating information into application and inspiring teachers and professionals.  Audrey earned a MS from the University of North Texas in Child Development and Family Studies and a MBA from Texas Woman’s University.  

​  In 2018, Audrey founded Play Studio, Fort Worth’s premier space for young children. Play Studio’s unique materials are inspired by RIE®, Reggio-Emilia, and Montessori methods. The experienced staff is dedicated to fostering open-ended play, exploration, and wonder. Childcare centers are regularly welcomed at Play Studio for custom trainings; and, parents find support through RIE®-inspired parent-child classes.


 Beth Cannon

Beth is an international presenter and trainer in fitness and nutrition education for children and childcare providers and has been the owner and program director of Stretch-n-Grow in the Dallas/Fort Worth area for 15 years. She is the appointed Chairwoman of the Champion Child Advisory Board, author and developer of the Youth Fitness Instructor Certification Program and the Director of Corporate Training for Stretch-n-Grow International. She has a Bachelor’s Degree from the University of Texas at Arlington and is certified by the state of Texas as a classroom teacher.  Prior to her career in the private sector, she taught in the Arlington ISD for five years

 Shannon Lenerose

Shannon has served as the Weekday Director at The Christian Learning Center at First Baptist Church, Canyon, for five years. Prior to her current position, she served as the Weekday Director at Lighthouse Preschool at First Baptist Church, Gainesville. Shannon has a Bachelor of Science from Texas Tech University.
